When I was an infant in the startup world and was working on my first startup, my only goal was to create the next big thing and build a billion-dollar company. But as I progressed on my entrepreneurial journey, I realized that this was not the only way to measure success. I was so swayed by social media and Twitter and what famous personalities said online that I didn't recognize that the path of funding and growth at all costs was not aligned with what I wanted to do in life. It's important to find a balance between making a living and finding fulfillment in what you do. It's not necessary to chase a billion-dollar valuation (as everyone preaches and glorifies), but instead to build something that aligns with your values and goals, and that will give you a sense of excitement and happiness.

Start-up with value integration and fulfillment seems to be a balanced approach of setting up an NGO for the nation that gives fulfilment and setting up a unicorn that glorifies our success to the world in monetary terms.
